Missing wife

Post by Ken »

Husband:
My wife is missing.
She went out yesterday and has not come home...

Sergeant at Police Station:
What is her height?

Husband:
Gee, I'm not sure. A little over five-feet tall.

Sergeant:
Weight?

Husband:
Don't know. Not slim, not really fat.

Sergeant:
Colour of eyes?

Husband:
Sort of brown I think. Never really noticed.

Sergeant:
Colour of hair?

Husband:
Changes a couple times a year.
Maybe dark brown now.
I can’t remember.

Sergeant:
What was she wearing?

Husband:
Could have been pants, or maybe a skirt or shorts. I don't know exactly.

Sergeant:
What kind of vehicle did she go in?

Husband:
She went on my moped

Sergeant:
What kind of Moped was it?

Husband: (sobbing)
It’s a 1978 Puch Maxi S. Black powder coated frame, chrome stickers. Polished stainless shorty front mudguard. Stainless spoked wheels with sealed bearing conversion, fitted with 17/2.25 Anlas white walls. Chrome bullet dust caps. Black EBR stiffened front forks. 260mm black and chrome adjustable MKX rear shocks with chrome domed nuts top and bottom. Black banana seat with Puch printed along the back. Chrome ape hanger handlebars with Magura black levers, black grips, PXP quick action throttle. Athena 70cc reed valve barrel with high compression head, case matched to the engine block. NSK bearings. HPI 2-ten fully electronic 12V ignition conversion. Dellorto 21mm PHBG carb with 95 main jet with local twist choke. 28mm Homoet P4 PSR exhaust. Top Racing full round E50 crank. (At this point, the sobbing has turned into a full cry.)

Sergeant:
Don't worry buddy. We'll find your Puch
